In the winter of 2003, Cynthia and I began working on our restaurant concept. A comfortable & casual food service outlet which could withstand the harsh Canadian climate, the seasonal cottage industry’s starts and stops, and maintain a simplistic approach to good old-fashioned fresh food.
For almost 2 decades our mission remains the same; "Offer exceptional food and drink in a comfortable environment, allowing our reputation to grow our business".
The Cottage Coffee House concept emerged from our fusion of Fun & Food. One our our core beliefs is that if we can make something ourselves, we will. Our tag line comes from our mission statement "making everything better since 2003"!
